Scott Schubiner is the Principal of Schubiner, a diversified platform building and investing across real estate development, technology, and consumer brands. Over more than 15 years, he has acquired, financed, developed, and sold over $1 billion in commercial real estate spanning Los Angeles, Miami, and New York City.
His work has covered ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and industrial projects nationwide — structuring joint ventures with institutional capital, navigating entitlements in some of the country's most complex jurisdictions, and overseeing construction from demolition to Certificate of Occupancy.
From New York to Los Angeles.
Prior to founding Schubiner, Scott led acquisitions and ground-up development for the U.S. investment arm of a publicly traded Hong Kong–listed company with approximately $2 billion in assets under management. Under his leadership, the firm grew its U.S. development pipeline from inception to over $400 million in active projects across high-growth markets.
Earlier in his career, he held progressively senior roles at a New York City firm specializing in ground-up mixed-use projects, working across acquisitions, capital markets, design management, and construction oversight for some of the firm's most ambitious developments.
